Paper feeding department:

Adopt belt feeding paper ,it is suitable for coated, reverse UV, nano UV, oily and waterborne paper, kraft paper and corrugated paper.

Operating interface:

All the parameters and functions of the switch areoperated in the touch screen, and the operationpanel is equipped with a “Inch, start, stop, speedadjust” quick operation button.

Paper correction track：

Chain guides are made of imported polymer materials, wear-resistant and mute, and paper positioning is made of square pushers to increase the stability of paper in high-speed operation.

Gluing:

The gluing roller is made from 304 Stainless steel material.Which is in high corrosion resistance and is easy to clean.Transverse and longitudinal gluing model roller are driven by servo motor which can realize the dual-directional regulation directly without stopping. The gluing part is equipped with the automatic lifting function. It avoids the glue touching the belt which reduces the trouble of frequently machine stop for cleaning because of the lack for paper problem.

Film Stamping:

Standard four kits of pneumatic V-shaped stamping moulds,Convenient horizontal and vertical adjustment,Suitable for most films with v-punch,it can increase punching of film and stamping of environmental protection mark of film,mould can be changed  freely and conveniently.

Film Unwinding:

It adopts air shaft to install the film enables it to faster replace the film. The photoelectric correction well solves the problem of cutting unevenness for the film coiled material. The precision of unwinding correction is ±0.2mm.The Electromagnetic tension control system keeps the film feeding tension in constant at ideal state which makes the film creasing and punching in higher precision.

Film Creasing：

Manual pressure adjustment, easy to adjust the longitudinal linear slider,film creasing pressure is adjustable,spare three grooves with different depth and thickness ,adapt to different thickness of film.

Paper collecting department:

Single stepper motor controls theoperation of paper-collecting belt.Paper-folding distance can be adjusted wholly or segmentallyand run at multi-speed.
